Conditions For Use of My Window Live Email Stationery

I have only a few stationeries posted but they represent many hours of work. I don't ask for anyone to give me credit for any of these stationeries. I didn't draw any of these images and I can't tell you who originally did for most of them. I've gathered images from all over the web and from various tubing groups.

As I said, I've spent a fair amount of time making them, and trying to come up with something original. You are most welcome to use the stationeries and banners that go with them, but please do not claim them as your own, rename them, nor make them part of any downloadable collection on your page.

I mark my stationeries for easy identification by me. You wouldn't know the markings are there, but they are. Should you choose not to respect my terms of use, you may be sure word will be spread. And you will be put on the ultimate shame list. Yes there really is one of those and it's not worth your reputation to take someone's work.

You may wonder why I am so vehement about this. Of course part of the reason is my own hard work, but most importantly, those downloading my the stationery, have not read the FAQ that comes with the usage of the artwork, information about the artist and royalties. If using them for anything other than personal and non-commercial projects, you must first get the permission of the artist.

If you should like to mention me - that would be nice, but not actually necessary. I enjoy sharing my work. Send me an email if you like and include a link so I can come visit you. I always enjoy seeing your own creativity in action.

TisSoon Graphics does not lay claim to any of the graphics from which these stationeries are made (with the exception of my original pixel drawings). The graphics come from a wide variety of web sources & are therefore deemed to be public domain. As far as I am aware, they are licensed for personal use only & are copyrighted by their respective artist. Any infringement of said copyright is non intentional & will be rectified upon notice & proof of ownership.

Your use of the stationery is entirely at your sole risk. TisSoon Graphics will not be responsible to you nor any third parties for any direct or indirect consequential, special, or punitive damages or losses you may incur in connection with my stationeries, your use thereof or any of the tubes or graphics downloaded from my site, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.

Should you be one of the artists whose images I've used to make a stationery, and feel offended by my tubing them, please let me know. I will remove them immediately.
